Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tyler Childers official merchandise; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
